Returns & Refund Policy

Returns Policy

Our return policy extends for a duration of 14 days after your delivery has arrived to you. Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items received more than 14 days after your delivery date, unless the items are proven to be faulty.

To ensure that you receive a full refund, we kindly ask you to return the items in their original packaging, with all components included, and in a pristine, unused condition.

To process your return, we kindly request a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are specific circumstances in which partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Any item showing obvious signs of use.
  • Any item that has been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts, not due to our error.
  • Any item returned beyond the 14-day delivery period.

Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. Subsequently, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to be credited to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you have not yet received a refund, we recommend checking your bank account first. Then, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is fully processed.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at info@arvuzi.com, and we will guide you through the appropriate course of action. Please note that we cannot exchange items that have been damaged during use.

Shipping:

To initiate a refund, the product must be returned to us for inspection. We can provide you with our warehouse address for the return shipment. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the received items are damaged or faulty.
